This page distinguishes the current marketing site from future client services and marks unresolved details rather than inventing policy.
Public website information
If you choose to accept, this site uses Google Analytics to understand page use. It does not load Google Analytics when you decline or before you choose. We store your analytics preference on your device. The early-access form asks for name, email, a general area of interest, an optional short message, and consent.
Early-access delivery
When no contact webhook is configured, validated form entries are not stored or delivered. Before public launch, SanityCloud must identify the approved form provider, recipients, access controls, retention period, and deletion process.
Future client services
Client services may involve personal narratives, recordings, images, creative artifacts, goals, and other sensitive material. Those practices require a separate client notice and consent process before collection begins.
AI processing
AI may later assist with organization, summarization, drafting, creative generation, and possible pattern identification. The models, vendors, data locations, training controls, and retention settings are pending operational and legal review.
Sharing controls
Future Cloud Spaces are intended to be private by default. Users should choose whether an artifact is shared and with whom. The exact access, revocation, download, and public-link behavior is not yet implemented.
Retention and deletion
No production retention schedule or verified deletion-request channel has been approved. These are launch blockers, not implied promises.
Security limitations
Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Production controls, incident response, vendor review, and breach procedures remain pending.
Do not submit medical information, detailed trauma histories, Social Security numbers, financial credentials, government identifiers, or information you do not have permission to share.
